we don't have parking since we are lcated in the centre of Venice, but we have an agreement with 2 parrkngs to have 10% discount.
We ca organise tranfer from the parking by private water taxi.

Hello. If you book a Suite ,it is situated in the main building 724. While Suite Annex or Family room are situated just 2 minutes walking from the main building. All 3 solutions are ok to host 3 people.
